android-libsparse-dev software package provides Android Sparse library - Development files, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install android-libsparse-dev
android-libsparse-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the android-libsparse-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep android-libsparse-dev *
You will get with android-libsparse-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
